DOMINIK OLSZOWY BACK ON THE PODIUM AT THE ENDUROGP SUPER TEST IN SWEDEN

Rieju Factory Team rider Dominik Olszowy delivered an impressive performance at the third round of the FIM EnduroGP World Championship in Skövde, Sweden—claiming a strong second place in Friday’s demanding Super Test.

The Swedish GP opened with a narrow, technical and slippery course that tested riders from the outset. Dominik used his skill and speed to set one of the fastest times of the day, eventually finishing second overall behind a former world champion. In the Junior category, Àlex Puey placed 12th.

Saturday brought even tougher conditions—technically challenging terrain littered with rocks and physically demanding sections. Dominik pushed hard aboard his MR300i but a few costly mistakes and crashes saw him drop to seventh in the E3 class. Àlex Puey had a tough run in the crowded Junior field, finishing seventh in J1 and sixteenth overall. Lorenzo Bernini secured tenth in J2 and nineteenth in Junior, while Jordi Galera claimed fifth in the Open2S class.

Sunday saw a repeat of the same specials. Despite not feeling entirely comfortable on the terrain, Dominik maintained his seventh-place finish in E3, gaining two spots in the overall E3 standings where he now sits seventh. Àlex Puey improved to sixth in J1 and fifteenth in Junior, moving up three spots in the provisional J2 standings. Bernini remained consistent with another tenth in J2, while Galera repeated his fifth-place result in Open2S.

The team now looks ahead to the Welsh GP in Rhayader from 1–3 August, where Rieju Factory Team riders Rachel Gutish and Rosie Rowett will also compete in the Women’s category.

Dominik Olszowy – Rieju Factory Team:
“Very happy with my performance in the Super Test, setting the second fastest time in EnduroGP. Saturday was tricky with lots of crashes and mistakes, so I struggled to find my rhythm. Sunday went better, and I’m feeling more comfortable on the new bike each day. Big thanks to the team—we’re hungry to keep improving.”

Miquel García – Rieju Factory Team Manager:
“We’re really happy with Dominik’s progress—he’s growing stronger with every round and adapting well to Enduro. The MR300i is proving itself in all conditions. For our junior riders, Sweden was tough, but Àlex, Lorenzo and Jordi kept pushing and are gaining valuable experience.”
