Rieju Factory Racing Impresses in SuperEnduro 2025 Opener

Dominik Olszowy Secures 2nd in Prestige with the New RIEJU MR PRO 300i

The Rieju Factory Racing team made a bold statement in the first round of the FIM SuperEnduro World Championship, held on Saturday in Gliwice, Poland. With a strong lineup featuring Dominik Olszowy, Toby Martyn, and newcomer Àlex Puey, the team delivered an unforgettable performance at the PreZero Arena.

A Challenging Track for the World’s Best

The PreZero Arena’s track combined fast sections with technically demanding areas on loose, sandy terrain. These conditions tested even the most seasoned riders, making every race a thrilling spectacle.

Dominik Olszowy Shines in Prestige Class

Dominik Olszowy, riding the new RIEJU MR PRO 300i, demonstrated his prowess with a stellar performance in the Prestige class. After securing the fourth-best time in the SuperPole, Olszowy fought his way to third in the first race. In the second race, despite starting in an inverted grid position, he captivated the crowd with a remarkable victory. His third race of the night was another masterclass, battling the reigning world champion and ultimately finishing second. These consistent results earned him a well-deserved second place on the podium and placed him second in the provisional overall standings.

Toby Martyn, debuting in the Prestige class, faced a steep learning curve. Despite crashes and challenging moments, he gained valuable experience, finishing with results of 13th, 13th, and 11th across the three races.

Àlex Puey’s Spectacular Junior Debut

In the Junior category, Àlex Puey’s debut was nothing short of extraordinary. Despite limited time on the RIEJU MR PRO 250, Puey showcased exceptional technique and speed. He secured a first-place finish in his opening race, followed by an eighth place in the second race due to an inverted grid start. In the final race, Puey returned to the top ranks, finishing second and securing an impressive second-place podium finish overall.
